The process

The treatment
Every injectable treatment starts with thorough cleansing and disinfection of the skin. The cosmetic doctor then marks the injection points based on the treatment plan. The fillers are injected using a needle or a blunt cannula, depending on factors such as your skin type. After the fillers are injected, the area is gently massaged to ensure proper distribution of the product. After the treatment, you will receive comprehensive aftercare tips to maximize the benefits of the treatment. A buttock filler treatment typically takes around 45 minutes (including the consultation).
Aftercare
There is no recovery time required after a buttock filler treatment. You can continue with your daily activities. However, your skin may appear slightly red and sensitive due to the injections. In some cases, small bruises may occur after a filler treatment, which usually disappear within a few days. Avoid visiting the gym, tanning beds, or saunas during the first week after the treatment. UV radiation can accelerate skin damage in the treated area, so it is important to minimize sun exposure and always apply a sunscreen with at least SPF 30. Applying a nourishing (scar) cream can help expedite the skin’s recovery after an injectable treatment.
How long does the result last?
The results of a filler treatment typically last between six to twelve months as the body naturally metabolizes the fillers. The duration of the effect varies per person and depends on factors such as your skin type and lifestyle. If desired, a follow-up treatment can be arranged.
