Handling of complaints

At Ageworth, we are only satisfied when you are too. Sometimes, it may happen that a procedure or treatment is not entirely to your satisfaction. In the event of a complaint, you can do the following:

If you are not entirely satisfied with a treatment at Ageworth, the first step is to discuss the issue with the treating physician. Together, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Contact the complaints officer
If we are unable to resolve the issue, you can seek assistance from a complaints officer. This independent, professional mediator works with you and us to find a solution.
