Every Seffiller treatment starts with a personal consultation. During this session, we assess the structure of your face, skin condition, and volume loss. A treatment plan is created to target areas such as the cheeks, temples, jawline, under-eyes, or chin. The procedure can often be scheduled right after the consultation.
A small amount of fat is gently harvested from a donor area (typically the abdomen or thighs) using a fine cannula. The fat is then purified and enriched with regenerative cells using the Seffiller system. The prepared fat is injected into the selected areas of the face to restore volume and improve skin texture. The entire treatment takes about 60–90 minutes.
Minor swelling, redness, or bruising may occur and typically subsides within a few days. Because the fat is your own tissue, it integrates naturally and gradually enhances the treated areas over the next few weeks. We advise avoiding strenuous activity and sun exposure during the first 5–7 days.
Results are long-lasting and natural, with visible improvement in both volume and skin quality. Most patients enjoy results for several years, and the procedure can be repeated if needed.
