Sometimes, it may happen that a procedure or treatment is not entirely to your satisfaction. In the event of a complaint, you can do the following:<\/p><p><strong>\u200dContact Ageworth<br \/><\/strong>If you are not entirely satisfied with a treatment at Ageworth, the first step is to discuss the issue with the treating physician. Together, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.<\/p><p><strong>Contact the complaints officer<\/strong><br \/>If we are unable to resolve the issue, you can seek assistance from a complaints officer. This independent, professional mediator works with you and us to find a solution. After filing the complaint, the complaints officer aims to resolve it within six weeks.
